Letamo Game Farm is situated in the Cradle of Humankind World Heritage Site, just 40 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Johannesburg. The whole estate comprises of approx 600 hectares including traversing land. As shareholders, members, residents of, and visitors to Letamo Game Farm, we enjoy a unique experience in an environmentally rich environment.
Each shareholder owns between 6 000 and 27 000 square meters of land, although only 1 500 square meters is allowed to be fenced in to prevent grazing land taken away from the game.
A five star boutique hotel and restaurant is also located on the farm.

A variety of animal species to exist such as Kudu, Hippo, Waterbuck, Gemsbok, Black Wildebeest, Blesbuck, Duiker, Eland, Impala, Red Hartebeest, Springbuck, Steenbuck, Waterbuck, Zebra, Jackal, Caracal, Brown Hyena, Honeybadger, Cape Fox, Genets, Aardwolf, Bushbaby, Porcupine, Tortoises, Mongooses and more.
Total game consists of over 400 head of game. Bird life is abundant and includes various species such as Owls, Hawks, Eagles, Fish Eagle, Cormorants, Geese, Duck, Kingfishers, Bee Eaters to name a few.
